Ms Carol Fung has over 17 years of experience in E-Commerce Trading and Consultancy. She started her business from a mere hobby and now she manages her online business single handed.
Carol is known for selling her ribbons & safety pins in eBay and has trained entrepreneurs in Malaysia on how to bring their businesses from offline to online.
She was also a Certified Trainer by eBay SEA (South East Asia) which allows her to teach and provide trainings to individuals or companies in using eBay as a platform to trade online.
Currently, she is with MDEC (Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation), a government agency under the Ministry of Communications and Multimedia Malaysia as Head of SME Adoption in the eCommerce & DFTZ Division.
Carol’s passion has always been wanting to help entrepreneur (big or small) to realise their business digitally. She is known for her knowledge sharing in the industry she is well versed in.
